So this is news to me but apparently the former Sheriff Joe Arpaio is not a Felon POS. The Huffington Post and Rolling Stone Magazine are facing a 300 million dollar lawsuit due for alleged defamation.

First of all, America finds it ridiculous the man allowed him to hand out Arrestees records to data miners for decades. So some news syndicates cyberbully the crap out of him and he suddenly demands compensation? 😂

Don’t get me wrong, because I’m certainly not a big fan of quite a few felons out there. But seriously dude, since its such a big deal being labeled a felon, perhaps stop the slander?

Understandably, because he is no longer the sheriff, i understand that the negligence no longer lies on him.

So recently In efforts to stop mugshot extortion in Arizona, I made a list of the counties vulnerable to data mining.

Because Maricopa County Sheriffs failed to respond to my urgent notice of their leaking arrestee information.

This unfortunately left me no other option than to file a formal complaint against the MCSO (Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.)

Joe Arpaio is not a Felon POS, but he sure treats innocent arrestees like they are!. it was necessary to file multiple complaints with ACLU to make effort to stop mugshot extortion

Which of course is something I would advise everyone in Maricopa County to do with the ACLU. Just because Sheriff Joe Arpaio is not a felon, many individuals released from prison encounter difficulty seeking employment.

So with a national recidivism rate of 76.5{cc50721a7618f4e674dec2b49e3026a3970c787f07ca0046a6fa91bbc4626467}, and innocent arrestees victimized by identity theft, this needs to stop! Perhaps maybe my video didn’t clearly define the problem to these fine sheriff? (Apologies for lame song intro lol!)
